Full days include:
Morning Snack, Lunch & Afternoon Snack
Ability-appropriate activities
Art projects & crafts
Games & exercise, both indoors and outside
Assistance with mobility, hygiene & medications.
Our daily schedule toggles between fun movement activities and enrichment throughout the day.
What Does A Day Look Like?
Daily Program Schedule
7:30-9:30 Member arrival, coffee (decaf), tea or water
Music, conversation and personal choice time
9:15-9:30 Snack
9:30 Morning Seated Exercise:
chair yoga, aerobics, stretch or cardio drumming.
Followed by outside stroll weather permitting
10:30: Creative Time: painting, crafting, gardening, etc
11:30: Up and moving
Outside stroll, patio time
12:00 Lunch
1:00 Music, relax and chat time
2:00 Game time:
Group fun, balloon volleyball, mini golf, ping pong ball toss,
Birthday and holiday celebrations, cornhole, dice games, bean bag toss
3:00 Snack
3:30 Wind down: group discussion topics: I remember when…, I’m thinking of something that starts with…, simple word games, personal time
3:30-5:30 Pickup time
